I accept payment via credit card or e-transfer. However, I require a credit card to be on file during our working relationship. This will only be charged if there is a late payment of more than 48 hours after our session or if a session is late cancelled or not shown up for.

I ask that clients give 48 hours notice from the time of their booked session to cancel, e.g., if your session is at 1 p.m. on a Wednesday, you would have to cancel by 1 p.m. on Monday to avoid being charged. If there is an emergency, please notify me within the cancellation period. Please note that the decision to waive the fee in this instance is at my discretion.
